BEHAVE BUS SHELTER
Bachelor's project from 2024 in collaboration with C.F. Møller.

The Behave Bus Shelter is designed to enhance safety at urban bus stops through aesthetic elements while challenging traditional bus shelter designs. By incorporating principles from environmental psychology and emotional design, it explores how aesthetics can influence behavior and create a greater sense of security.
The bus shelter integrates visual and sensory elements such as lighting, color, and materials to improve the urban environment and encourage positive behavior.
Inspired by the sail, the design symbolizes calm, safety, and the concept of "safely reaching port," metaphorically creating a secure transit point for passengers while reflecting Aarhus' strong connection to the sea
This bus shelter enhances the urban environment with visual and sensory elements, such as lighting and materials, while also promoting a sense of security for users. The use of blue light can help lessen anxiety, counteract unwanted behavior, enhance visibility, and foster a greater sense of trust
